4 large russet potatoes
Butter
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Fresh chives, sliced
Bacon, crumbled
Olive oil
Kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Rinse and dry potatoes, then coat with olive oil.
- Season with kosher salt and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, until soft when poked with a fork.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and slice open.
