Filling
2 large cans yams, drained
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
Topping
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all filling ingredients together with a blender. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- For topping, in small saucepan, melt butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until well mixed.
- Spoon over top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
